摘要
目的研究产于四川攀枝花地区的海风藤化学成分,为海风藤的开发利用提供依据。方法通过多种色谱手段,从海风藤藤茎的脂溶性部位分离得到了5个化合物,根据化合物的光谱数据(IR,UV,MS,~1H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR)鉴定了此5个化合物。结果化合物(Ⅰ~Ⅴ)分别为:8-羟基-2,2′-二甲基-苯并二氢吡喃-4-酮-6-甲酸(Ⅰ)、8-羟基-2,2′-二甲基-苯并二氢吡喃-4-酮-6-甲酸甲酯(Ⅱ)、香草酸(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)、豆甾醇(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ具有一定的细胞毒活性,对HL-60和BEL- 7404两种人肝癌细胞系的ED_(50)值分别是3.27,12.5和8.4,15.1 mg·L^(-1)。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents in the stem of Piperis kadsurae for comprehcnsive understanding its effective components and the untilization.METHODS Compounds were separated by column chromatography with silica gel, and the structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS The structures were identified as ( Ⅰ~Ⅴ ) :8-hydroxy -2,2'- dimethyl-6-carboxychroman- 4-one( Ⅰ ), the methyl ester of 8-hydroxy-2,2'-dimethyl-6-carboxychroman -4-one( Ⅱ ), vallnie acid( Ⅲ ), dauensteml( Ⅳ ) and stigmasterol ( Ⅴ ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ have medium cytotoxicity against HL-60 and BEL-7404 cell lines with ED50 of 3.27,12.5 and 8.4,15.1 mg·L^-1, respectively.
