摘要
为了在矫正眼袋的同时能矫正颧面部皮肤皱纹，采用眼袋整形术的延长切口，设计了下眼睑部双层组织分离与提紧的术式，自１９９４年１月至１９９７年７月共完成４８例，此术式在矫正眼袋的同时，矫正颧面部皮肤皱纹。
In order to correct the baggy and zygomaticofacial skin wrinkles simultameously, the author adopts the lengthening incision of the plastic operation for baggy and desigh a new operation to seperate and lift tightly the two -layer tissues of the lower eyelid, and used successfully in 48 cases during the period between January 1994 to July 1997. The results were very well. The advantage of this new operation is that it can correct the baggy and zygomaticofacial skin wrinkles at the same time.
