用磷肥副产氟硅酸制氟化铵和白炭黑工艺研究 被引量:17

摘要 研究了一种生产氟化铵和白炭黑的新工艺。采用氨水在一定温度下与磷肥行业副产品氟硅酸反应,调整pH,控制反应时间,反应后得到的料浆,经过滤得白炭黑软膏和氟化铵溶液。白炭黑软膏经洗涤干燥后得白炭黑产品;氟化铵溶液经低温浓缩、结晶、脱水,得氟化铵产品。生产过程中产生的氨气经吸收,可循环利用。该工艺生产的氟化铵和白炭黑,具有成本低,循环利用氟和硅资源,节能,环保等特点,而且生产出的产品质量好,符合国家标准。 A new manufacturing technology of ammonium fluoride white carbon black was studied. Fluosilicic acid is the by - product in production of phosphate fertilizers. With certain temperature, adjusted pH, and controlled reaction time, fluosilieic acid was dissolved in the solution of ammonia liquor, and then runny paste of silica and solution of ammonium fluoride were obtained after seperating the reaction slurry. After washing and drying,white carbon black was obtained from the runny paste. Ammonium fluoride solution was concentrated, crystallined and dehydrated to get ammonium fluoride. Ammonia produced in the production process can be absorbed and recycled. Ammonium fluoride produced by the new technology has many virtues, such as low cost, recycling utilization for fluoride and silicate resources, energy - saving, and environmental benignancy. The quality of products is good which could meet the national standard.
