黏蛋白Muc-1、Muc-3和结石形成的作用Muc-5ac在胆囊 被引量:4

The roles of Muc-1, Muc-3 and Muc-5ac in the formation of cholesterol calculus

摘要 目的探讨黏蛋白(Mucin,Muc)Muc-1,Muc-3和Muc-5ac在胆囊结石形成中的作用及其关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测Muc-1、Muc-3和Muc-5ac在36例胆囊结石患者、20例慢性胆囊炎患者和12例正常胆囊的胆囊黏膜中的表达。结果Muc-1和Muc-5ac在胆囊结石和慢性胆囊炎的胆囊黏膜表达的阳性率分别为61.1%(22/36),66.7%(24/36)和40.0%(8/20),40.0%(8/12),均显著高于正常对照组25.0%(3/12),33.3%(4/12)(P〈0.01);胆囊结石组的阳性率(61.1%、66.7%)又显著高于慢性胆囊炎组(40%,40%,P〈0.05)。Muc-1与Muc-5ac在结石性胆囊黏膜中的阳性表达呈正相关(r=0374,P〈0.01)。Muc-3在胆囊结石和慢性胆囊炎的胆囊黏膜表达的阳性率分别为30.1%(11/36)和35.0%(7/20),显著低于正常对照组75.0%(9/12)(P〈0.01),但在胆囊结石和慢性胆囊炎的胆囊黏膜两组之间表达的阳性率差异无统计学意义(30.1%(L35.0%)(P〉0.05)。Muc-3分别与Muc-1和Muc-5ac在结石性胆囊黏膜中的阳性表达呈负相关(r=-0.407、-0.296,P〈0.01)。结论Muc-1、Muc-3和Muc-5ac参与了胆囊结石的成石过程,它们之间相互作用,共同促进胆囊结石的形成。 Objective To evaluate the function and relationship between mucin genes Muc-1, Muc-3 and Muc-5ac in cholesterol calculus formation. Methods The expression of Muc-1, Muc-3 and Muc-5ac in mucosa of 36 patients with chalelithiasis,20 cases of cholecystitis and 12 normal gallbladders were measured respectively by immunohistochemieal stains. Results The positive rate of Mue-1 and Muc- 5ac in mucosa was 61.1% (22/36),66.7% (24/36),and 40.0% (8/20),40.0% (8/12)in patients with cholelithiasis and cholecystitis respectively, which was significantly higher than that in mueosa of patients with normal gallbladder [25.0% (3/12) ,33.3% (4/12) ,P 〈0.01 ) ]. The positive rate of Muc-1 and Muc-Sac was also higher in patients with cholelithiasis (61.1% and 66.7% ) than in those with cholecystitis (40% and 40% ) (P 〈0.05). Mue-1 and Muc-5ac were over-expressed in mucosa of patients with cholelithiasis and there was a positive correlation between the expression of Muc-1 and Mue-5ac ( r = 0.374, P 〈 0.01 ). The positive rate of Muc-3 in mucosa was 30.1% (11/36) and 35.0% (7/20) in patients with cholelithiasis and eholecystitis respectively, which was significantly lower than that in mucosa of those with normal gallbladder [75.0% (9/12) ,P 〈 0.01 ) ]. However, there was no difference between cholecystitis and control group (30.1% vs 35.0% ,P 〉 0.05 ). Muc-3 was low-expressed in mucosa of patients with cholelithiasis and there was a negative correlation between the expression of Muc-3 and Muc-1, Muc-3 and Muc-Sac respectively (r = - 0. 407, - 0. 296, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Muc-1, Muc-3 and Muc-5ac may be associated with the process of cholesterol calculus formation. Muc-1, Muc-3 and Muc-5ac interacted and influenced the formation of cholelithiasis.
