摘要
作物栽培学是一门实践性很强的应用学科。以沈阳农业大学作物栽培学教学为例,指出了该课程教学中存在教学内容缩减、授课方法传统单一、年轻教师缺乏教学实践经验、重视理论教学忽视实践教学等问题。提出了优化师资队伍结构,加强师资队伍建设;选用合适的教材,优化教学内容;改进教学手段,突出教学重点;加强实践教学的硬件建设,增强学生的综合素质等教学改革对策。
Science of crop cultivation is an applied subject of much practicality. Teaching of the subject in Shenyang Agricultural University taken for example, problems in the teaching are pointed out, such as the too much condensed contents, outdated and simplistic teaching means, young teachers" shortage of teaching practice, overemphasis on theoretical teaching and ignorance of praetice teaching, etc. Countermeasures are put forward that the means for teaching reform should be elaborated; the team structure of teaching staffs optimized; the teaching team building strengthened; the suitable textbooks selected and their teaching contents optimized; the teaching methods improved and the main teaching points stressed; the hardware of practice teaching strengthend and the college students" integrated quality emphasized. In brief, in order to foster modern talents who can meet demands of agricultural modernization, a solid theoretical foundation must be laid for students by improving their knowledge system and steeling them in production and practice.
