摘要
对西北地区生长的扶芳藤、陕西卫矛、苦皮藤、疣枝卫矛、白杜和冬青卫矛等6种卫矛科植物种子进行水解氨基酸和重要元素含量分析.18种氨基酸均从这6种植物种子中被检出,人体所需的8种必需氨基酸除蛋氨酸含量普遍偏低外,其余都在0.6 mg/g以上,占所含氨基酸总量的30%,对人体新陈代谢有重要作用的精氨酸含量特别高.测定了20种重要元素的含量,其中微量元素锗和硒的含量非常突出.初步研究显示该类植物种子营养丰富,且有一定的药用价值.
The seeds of the Celastraceae plants Euonymus fortunei, Euonymus schensianus, Celastrus angulatus, Euonymus verrucosoides, Euonymus bungeanus and Euonymus japonicus from the northwest of China were analyzed, with the result that 18 kinds of amino acid and 20 important elements were checked out. The content of essential amino acids was more than 0.6 mg/g and at least 30% in the analyzed total amino acid. The content of Arginine, which plays an important role in the metabolism of human body, was very high. The content of two trace elements, Ge and Se was high too. The nutritional and medical evaluation of the amino in the seeds of the six plants was testified.
