摘要
用Fenton试剂法对缫丝厂的工业废水进行研究,分析了各因素影响程度及作用机理,得出了最佳的操作条件为:H2O2/COD 1.8,Fe2+浓度40 mmol/L,反应温度50℃,pH值3,反应时间90min,最终的去除率为67%左右。
The influential extent of various factors in the treatment of the wastewater from a filature by Fenton' s reagent was studied. At the same time,the mechanism of the affecting factors was analyzed. The optimal operational conditions were as following: H2O2/COD of 1.8, [ Fe2 + ] of 40 retool/L, pH value of 3, reaction temperature of 50℃, reaction time of 90 minutes, and the final COD removal rate reached about 67%.
