摘要
体育领域用合成革在浸槽、凝固槽、水洗槽等生产工艺流程易产生大量废水,其中富含二甲基甲酰胺等有机物。它们一旦进入水体便会造成化学需氧量与氮含量增加,使水质恶化。还会经过呼吸与皮肤接触等危害人体健康。它们毒性大、难降解,严重威胁土壤与动植物生长,与绿色低碳、可持续发展理念背道而驰。因此,采取科学有效的合成革废水处理技术与工艺,对体育领域用合成革清洁化生产而言至关重要。本文分析了体育领域用合成革生产废水的特性与危害,以及绿色低碳理念对合成革废水处理的要求,研究了契合绿色低碳理念的合成革废水处理工艺。
The production process of synthetic leather in the sports field,such as immersion tanks,solidification tanks,and water washing tanks,is prone to generating wastewater,which is rich in organic compounds such as dimethylformamide.Once the wastewater enter the water body,it will cause an increase in chemical oxygen demand and nitrogen content,leading to water quality deterioration.It will also pose a threat to human health through exposure to respiration and skin contact.Moreover,it is highly toxic and difficult to degrade,which will seriously threaten the growth of soil and animals and plants,contrary to green low-carbon and sustainable development concepts.It can be seen that adopting scientifically effective synthetic leather wastewater treatment technologies and techniques is crucial for the clean production of synthetic leather in the sports field.This paper analyzed the characteristics and hazards of synthetic leather production wastewater in the sports field,as well as the requirements of green and low-carbon concepts for the treatment of synthetic leather wastewater,and studied the synthetic leather wastewater treatment process that conforms to the green and low-carbon concept.
