摘要
研究和探索了活性炭在提取蛋白质后的缫丝厂副产品车间废水深度净化及回用中的应用。取酸析法回收缫丝厂副产品车间废水蛋白质后的上清液,采用活性炭去除该上清液的CODcr值,并计算其CODcr去除率,研究活性炭投加量、pH值、温度和时间对CODcr去除率的影响。结果表明:CODcr去除率随活性炭投加量的增加增大,但存在极值(12 g/L)。随pH值的增大而减小,随温度升高先增大后减小,在30℃出现极值点。CODcr去除率随时间的延长而增大,但40 min后增加的速度缓慢。研究表明,应用活性炭法去除缫丝厂副产品车间废水酸析上清液CODcr值具有一定的应用价值,但具体实施工艺有待进一步优化研究。
This paper studies and explores the application of active carbon in deep purification and reuse of by-product workshop wastewater in filature after the protein is extracted.Supernatant of protein of by-product workshop wastewater in filature is recovered with acid precipitation method and active carbon is used to remove CODcr of this supernatant.Its CODcr removal rate is calculated.This paper studies the influence of dosage,pH value,temperature and time of active carbon on CODcr removal rate.The result shows that CODcr removal rate increases with the increase of dosage of active carbon,but there is a limit value(12 g/L),decreases with the increase of pH value,first increases and then decreases with the increase of temperature and the extreme point occurs at 30 ℃ and increases with the extension of time,but it increases slowly after 40 min.The research shows that using active carbon to remove CODcr of acid-precipitation supernatant of by-product workshop wastewater in filature has certain applied value,but the specific implementation process is to be further optimized and studied.
