摘要
在我国目前的转型经济研究中，新制度经济学的分析范式逐渐成为不可替代的主流参照体系。在对新制度经济学的研究当中，我们发现其中蕴含着某些已久违了的马克思主义的元素，细细一想，这并不奇怪，马克思主义经济学的许多内容研究的正是制度、制度结构及其作用机制。因此，在具有可比性的基础上，本文从制度结构、制度的经济学考察和方法论几个方面，对新制度经济学（含交易费用经济学、产权经济学、制度变迁理论、公共选择理论）与马克思主义经济学作了初步的比较研究。
Abstract In the study of China's present transformation economy, the analytical patterns are gradually becoming the principal reference system which can not be substituted by others. In the study of neo-institutional economics, we find that there are certain Marxist elements missed for long in it. Thinking over it carefully it is not strange since the researches of many Marxist economic contents are rightly the economic institutions, institutional structures and their functioning mechanisms. Therefore, this paper makes a first-step comparative study on a comparable basis on neo-institutional economics with Marxist economics from several fields of institutioal structures, the investigation and its methodology, including the economics of exchange costs, property right economics, the theory of institutional changes and the theory of public option.
