摘要
新制度经济学作为经济学理论领域的一门新兴学科,因其理论对现实问题具有较强的解释性而受到广泛关注。新制度经济学理论传播到我国的时候,正是我国的改革急需理论诠释和理论指导的关键时期。改革开放30多年的历程表明,我国的改革实践与新制度经济学理论发展基于各自的需要而形成了一个良性互动局面,一方面新制度经济学基于对中国改革实践的研究而获得了较大发展,另一方面新制度经济学对推进我国改革的持续进行也发挥了重要的理论指导作用。因此,对于中共十八届三中全会之后再次出发的中国改革,新制度经济学仍然能够提供重要的理论支持。
New Institutional Economics,a newly-developed subject in the theory of economics,has caught the eyeball in the academic field for its remarkable capability of elaborating realistic situation. The spread of New Institutional Economics took place when it was in the critical stage that the reform in China was in urgent need of theoretical elaboration and theoretical guid-ance. The process of 30 years of reform and opening up shows that the reform practices in China and the theoretical development of New Institutional Economics form a positive interaction situation based on their own needs. On the one hand, New Institu-tional Economics has made great progress based on the research of reform practices in China. On the other hand,New Institu-tional Economics has also been playing an important theoretical guidance role in promoting the ongoing reform in China. There-fore,New Institutional Economics can still provide important theoretical support for the reform after the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
