摘要
为寻求简单、快速、准确测定麝香痔疮栓中冰片的方法，采用气相色谱法，色谱柱为HP—INNOWax弹性石英毛细管柱（30m×0．32mm×0．25um），N2为载气，流速为2．0mL／min，柱温为115℃，氢火焰离子化检测器。萘为内标，用内标法计算冰片含量．结果表明：冰片在1．132-11．324g／L范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为101．6％，RSD为1．42％．该法因其简便、快速、准确，而实用于该制剂的质量控制．
A simple, accurate and reliable GC method is developed for the determination of synthetic borneol in Shexiangzhichuang suppository. The GC was equipped with a flame-ionization detector. A capillary column （30 m ×0. 32 mm× 0. 25 um） is used with nitrogen as the carrier with flow rate of 2. 0 mL/min. The column temperature is at 115 ℃. Naphthalin was used as an internal standard. The result shows that the calibration curve of synthetic borneol in Shexiangzhichuang suppository is linear in range of 1. 132-11. 324 g/L, r=0. 999 9. The average recovery is 101.6 %, RSD is 1.42 %. This method is simple, quick and accurate which can be employed to control the quality of Shexiangzhiehuang suppository.
