摘要
目的:采用气相色谱法同时测定醒脑静注射液中龙脑、麝香酮及有关物质樟脑和异龙脑四种组分的含量。方法:采用HP-INNOWAX毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.5mm,1.0μm),FID检测器。进样口温度230℃,检测器温度280℃,采用程序升温。结果:四种组分在毛细管色谱柱上具有较好的分离效果,分离度(R)均大于4。樟脑、异龙脑、龙脑和麝香酮线性范围分别为:0.010 24~0.1024mg·ml^(-1),0.00556~0.0556mg·ml^(-1),0.09124~0.9124mg·ml^(-1),0.01436~0.1436mg·ml^(-1)(r≥0.9996),均呈现良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为96.7%,101.84%,97.8%,96.3%,RSD均≤3%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速,准确、可靠,可同时测定醒脑静注射液中龙脑、麝香酮的含量及其有关物质。
Objective: To develop a GC method to determine the contents of muscone,borneol and related substances in Xingnao- jing injection. Method: An HP-INNOWAX capillary column (30 m × 0. 5 mm, 1.0 μm) was used with FID as the detector, the injector temperature was 230 ℃ and the detector temperature was 280 ℃, and column temperature raised by programming. Result: The calibra- tion curves were linear within the range of 0. 010 24-0. 102 4 mg·ml^-1 for camphor,0. 005 56-0. 055 6 mg·ml^-1 for ( + ) -isoborneol, 0. 091 24-0. 912 4 mg·ml^-1 for borneol, and 0. 014 36-0. 143 6 mg·ml^-1 for muscone ( r≥ 0. 999 6 ). The average recovery was 96. 7% ,101.84% ,97. 8% and 96. 3% ,respectively with RSD≤3% (n =6). Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility, and it is suitable for the determination of muscone, borneol and related substances in Xingnaojing injection.
