摘要
目的探讨用气相色谱法(GC)测定七厘散中龙脑的含量。方法以水杨酸甲酯作为内标,色谱柱为DB-5毛细管柱,FID检测器,程序升温,高纯氦气作为载气,流速为1mL/min。结果龙脑在0.3018￣2.012μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,龙脑平均回收率为96.3%,变异系数(RSD)为1.08%。结论此方法准确、可靠、重现性好,适于测定七厘散中龙脑的含量。
Objective To establish a GC method for the determination of borneol in Qilisan. Methods Using methyl salicylate as inter-standard, the content of borneol was assayed by DB-5 capillary column with FID detector, programmed temperature and high pure helium as cartier gas with the flow rate of 1 mL/min. Results The linear range of borneol was 0.301 8-2.012 μg. The average recovery of borneol was 96.3 % with RSD of 1.08%. Conclusion This method is accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for the assay of borneol in Qilisan.
