正交实验法优选铁泥制备纳米四氧化三铁 被引量:2

Study on Preparation Fe_3O_4 Nano-particles from Waste Iron Mud by Orthodoxy Design

摘要 以铁泥为原料,采用双氧水氧化法制备纳米四氧化三铁粉体.研究温度、溶液pH、双氧水用量及反应时间对产率的影响.得到最优实验条件:反应温度75℃;反应时间3 h;双氧水0.5 mL;溶液pH=11.采用XRD、SEM等测试手段对产物进行表征,产物为Fe3O4,平均颗粒大小为100 nm. Nano-Fe3O4 powder was prepared by hydrogen peroxide oxidation method with iron mud as raw materials. The affecting factors on yield including temperature, pH, reaction time and hydrogen peroxide dosage were studied and discussed through orthogonal design. The optimum conditions were obtained when the pH is 11, the temperature is 75 ℃, the hydrogen peroxide dosage is 0.5 mL and the reaction time is 3 h. Characterized by XRD and SEM, it showed that the main shape of Fe3O4 is spherical and the mean diameter is 100 nm.
