摘要
目的观察健脾益肾饮对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者肾功能、贫血及尿蛋白的影响。方法160例CRF患者随机分为两组:治疗组(80例),给予自拟健脾益肾饮加减内服;对照组(80例),给予尿毒清,疗程3个月,分别测定治疗前、后内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血红蛋白(Hb)及24h尿蛋白定量。结果治疗组治疗后Ccr,Hb均得以改善,差异有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05),24h尿蛋白定量也显著降低(P<0.05)。结论健脾益肾饮能明显改善CRF患者的肾功能,提高患者的血红蛋白水平,降低尿蛋白。
Objective To observe the Jianpiyishen yin＇s effect on chronic renal failure patients＇ kidney function,anaemia and albuminuria.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into two groups,the treat group（80 patients） given Jianpiyishen yin and the control group（80 patients） given Niaoduqing particles.The course of treatment was 3 months.The following indicators before and after treatment were recorded and compared respectively：creatinine clearance,hemoglobin and the level of twenty-four-hours＇ albuminuria quantity.Results There was great improvement with creatinine clearance and hemoglobin（P〈0.01,P〈0.05） in the treat group after treatment.This difference was statistically significant.The quantity of twenty-four-hours＇ albuminuria also reduced obviously（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Jianpiyishen yin can improve chronic renal failure patient＇s kidney function obviously,rise their hemoglobin level and reduce their albuminuria.
