摘要
用不同中药喂家兔后取其血清加入系膜细胞培养液中观察其生长情况 ,结果表明肾炎 3号方可抑制正常及病理状态下肾小球系膜细胞增殖 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,透射电镜观察也支持上述结果。说明肾炎 3号方可抑制肾小球系膜细胞增殖 。
After feeding rabbits with different Chinese medicines, the serum were taken into the culture fluid of mesangial cell whose growth was observed then.The results showed that the prescription could inhibit the proliferation of mesangial cells under both normal and pathological state, the difference was markedly ( P <0.01). It was also supported by the observation through transmission electron microscope. It indicated that the prescription could treat the chronic nephritis mainly in mesangial proliferation.
