摘要
对5组菜豆抗炭疽病育种抗源品种与感病且园艺性状优良的品种及其杂交后代,进行苗期接种抗性鉴定,结果显示各组合F2代抗病株与感病株分离比例均为3∶1,符合孟德尔的遗传法则,即菜豆炭疽病抗病性是受一对显性基因控制的。
Resistant identification of five bean combinations with resistant anthracnose variety and susceptible variety and its hybrid was done by seedling inoculation. The results showed that the separation of resistant plant and susceptible plant in F2 generation of different combinations was 3:1, it accorded with the Mendel's law of inheritance. So, the bean anthraenose resistance was controlled by pair of dominant genes.
