摘要
对抗大麦黄矮病毒病的普通小麦—中间偃麦草易位系F94631和F94885-2进行抗性和α-淀粉酶2同工酶电泳图谱的研究,证明抗性基因和控制α-淀粉酶2形成的结构基因α-Amy-Ag^i2(α-Amy—X2)均位于中间偃麦草第7组染色体(7Ai-1或7X)长臂上.这两个基因都呈显性遗传.α-Amy-X2控制形成二条α-淀粉酶2特异酶带,可认为是7Ai—1长臂的生化标记.经BYDV抗性和α-淀粉酶2遗传分析,推断这两个基因位点相距为约29.4个遗传单位.
Two wheat/Th. intermedium translocation lines F94631 and F94885-2 with resistant barley yellow dwarf virus(BYDV)resistance were studied on BYDV resistance and ex-Amy 2 zymogram. The results showed that the BYDV resistance gene and the α-Amy-X2(α-Amy-Ag12) gene which controls the α-Amy 2 isozymes are both located on the long arm of 7X (7Ai-1) chromosome. Both shown dominant inheritance. Two special α-Amy 2 bands controlled by α-Amy-X2 may be used as biochemistry markers of long arm of 7X. From the analysis of BYDV resistance and α-Amy 2, the loci distance between the BYDV resistance gene and α-Amy-X2 is about 29. 4 genetic units.
