摘要
中间偃麦草蕴藏丰富的优良基因,是普通小麦的三级基因源,在小麦遗传改良中具有重要利用价值。综述了中间偃麦草的染色体构成及其来源,明确其染色体构成为E1E1E2E2XX(StSt)=EeEeEbEbStSt,详述了小麦黄矮病、锈病、白粉病、条纹病等抗性基因以及繁茂性基因向小麦的转移。
Elytria intermedium,the third gene pool for wheat,carries fruitfully valuable genes for wheat genetic improvement.The chromosome configuration of Elytria intermedium and its resources were reviewed,the genome configuration formula of Elytria intermedium was E_1E_1E_2E_2XX(S_tS_t)=E^eE^eE^bE^bS_tS_t.And transference of resistant genes of barley yellow dwarf virus(BYDV),rust,powder,wheat streak mosaic virus(WSMV)and luxuriant gene in Elytrigia intermedium into wheat were discussed.
