摘要
目的 通过临床资料的分析 ,探讨腮腺导管损伤的诊断方法和治疗原则。方法 对 13例腮腺导管损伤患者一般情况、致伤部位、致伤方式、治疗原则及治疗方法、愈后等方面作分析。结果 腮腺导管损伤易发生于 2 0～ 2 9岁年龄组 ;易发部位为导管嚼肌段 ,多为金属、玻璃等利器损伤。B超检查无创伤、直接、数据精确、可提高诊断的准确性。腮腺导管损伤一般采取导管修复重建治疗 ,可采用端端吻合、自体静脉移植等方法。结论 经过正确的诊断及治疗 。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of parotid gland duct injury.Methods Various clinical parameters (e.g. age, sites, injured patterns, the results of sialograph and sonograph, therapy, etc) were analyzed in 13 patients with parotid gland duct injury. Results Kinds of parotid gland duct injury often occurred in the cases of 20 to 29 years, the most sites were in the masticatory muscle and the injuries were usually caused by the sharp instruments. The accuracy of diagnosis was improved by Brightness ultrasonic. The treatments included anastomosis of parotid duct,self-veins transfer, ect.Conclusion The sites and degrees of the parotid gland duct injury must be made definite before the corresponding treatments were given.
