摘要
目的建立一种香菇多糖氯化钠注射液中香菇多糖含量的测定方法。方法以香菇多糖精制品为对照品,使用蒽酮-硫酸比色法测定。结果香菇多糖氯化钠注射液在(10.15～30.45)μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),精密度RSD=0.87%(n=6),平均回收率为99.66%,RSD=1.04%(n=9)。结论本法简便、可行、准确,适用于香菇多糖氯化钠注射液中香菇多糖含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method of determining the lentinan content in lentinan and sodium chloride injection. Methods To determine by anthrone-sulfuric acid colorimetry,taking lentinan product as the reference control. Results When the concentration of the lentinan and sodium chloride injection is between 10.15 Ixg/mL and 30.45 ~g/mL,it shows positive linear relations（r = 0.999 9） ,with the precision RSD = 0.87%（n = 6） and average recovery rate of 99.66%,RSD = 1.04% （n = 9）. Conclusion This method is simple,feasible and accurate,so it can be applied to the determination of the lentinan content in lentinan and sodium chloride injection.
