摘要
引证有关文献资料,阐述了大蒜SOD的理化性质及其提取、分离纯化方法,并分析了其应用前景。
In this paper,the relative document material by citing related facts and data,by analyzing the physical and chemical properties of garlic SOD,extraction,isolation and purification methods,and its development prospects are reviewed respectively.
