摘要
黄芪是一味常用的中药材。近年来,国内对黄芪抗肿瘤作用的研究较为活跃。目前认为黄芪抗肿瘤作用机制有多个方面,包括增强机体免疫功能、直接抑瘤作用、促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡、抗肿瘤血管生成、影响机体的氨基酸代谢等。黄芪在抗肿瘤治疗时的应用比较广泛,常为辅助用药。作者综述黄芪抗肿瘤作用机制以及临床应用,以促进中药黄芪抗肿瘤作用研究的深入。
Astragalus is a commonly used Chinese medicine. In recent years, rather active investigations of Astragalus＇s anti - tumor were performed. At present, it is considered that the anti - tumor mechanisms of Astragalus involuve in improving immune functions of body, directly tumor - inhibitory activity, induction of cancer ceils apoptosis, anti - angiogenesis, upsetting amino acid metabolism of body and so on. Astragalus, at moment, is widely used as a kind of adjuvant of radiochemotherapy to cancer. In this review, anti -tumor mechanisms and clinical applications of Astragalus were summarized.
