摘要
张蓓教授认为肺癌的发病基础是肺气虚,"痰、瘀、毒"是其主要的病理机制。张教授治疗肺癌运用五行藏象理论,分别确立培土生金、养阴清肺、祛风御邪、轻清宣散等不同用药法度;强调参西衷中、分阶段灵活选用化痰、祛瘀、解毒等不同功效抗癌类中药以攻邪控瘤;强调病证结合,分部位巧治肿瘤多种并发症,临床疗效显著。
Professor Zhang Bei believes that lung qi deficiency is the basis of lung cancer,and phlegm,blood stasis and toxin are the main pathological mechanisms.Professor Zhang used five elements theory to treat lung cancer,and established different medication methods,such as cultivating soil and generating gold,nourishing yin and clearing lung,expelling wind and pathogenic factors,and disperse stasis;Emphasis on the flexible selection of anti-cancer traditional Chinese medicine with different functions such as resolving phlegm,removing blood stasis and detoxification in order to attack pathogenic factors and control tumor;Emphasis on the combination of disease and syndrome,the treatment of multiple complications of tumor,clinical curative effect is significant.
