摘要
目的观察黄芪增免散对围手术期食管癌组织Langerhans细胞(LC)的影响。方法采用黄芪增免散治疗围手术期食管癌患者36例,观察手术切除食管组织内LC的变化及形态特征。结果与对照组比较,服药组食管癌组织内LC显著增多(P<0.05),且与癌细胞密切接触,反映对癌细胞杀伤作用增强。随着肿瘤分化程度降低,浸润深度增加,LC及间质淋巴细胞数量明显减少(P<0.01),显示肿瘤对机体免疫功能的损害。结论围手术期食管癌患者免疫调节治疗可改善细胞功能。
Objective To study the influence of Astragalus mongholicus misture on Langerhans cells （LC） in tissue of esophageal carcinoma during period of operation. Methods 36 cases with esophageal carcinoma during period of operation were treated with Astragalus mongholicus misture, and their characteristics in tissue of esophageal carcinoma were explored. Results The expression of LC in tissue of esophageal carcinoma was higher in experimental group than that in control group （P〈0. 05）, and more common contacted with cancer cells so that more effect against cancer increased. With development of cell differ entiation degree, and the deeper infiltration, the less I.C and lymphocytes decrease in interstitium （P〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The cellular function, curative rate and life span in patients with esophageal carcino ma can be improved and prolonged by immune regulate treatment during period of operation.
