摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS软件建立液压紧配螺栓三维有限元模型,考虑了预紧安装、工作、拆卸3种不同工况,计算得到3种工况下液压紧配螺栓关键部位的应力、变形情况,与理论值对比误差较小,验证了有限元方法及模型的正确性。
Three-dimensional finite element model of hydraulic expansion bolt was built by using finite element software ANSYS. Three cases were considered: the installation preload, the working load and the disassembly load. For each loading cases, stress and deformation at the critical locations of the hydraulic expansion bolt were computed and compared to the theoretical solutions. The results show that error is small and thus the finite element solution is verified.
