摘要
在本文第Ⅰ,Ⅱ报研究的基础上,通过对高世代水稻光温敏核不育系不同世代在一定的人工气候条件下的育性表现研究,论证了光温敏核不育水稻不育起点温度漂移存在的事实、性质和原因,阐明并规范了核心种子概念及其控制“漂移”的具体技术和步骤,并对进一步控制或消除漂移的可能途径进行了探讨.
The presence of drift in critical temperature inducing male sterility (DCT) is verified and the properties of DCT and its causes concerned are also expounded clearly based on the successive of studies Ⅰ and Ⅱ about this topic from 1991. Then a practical technology and some concrete steps are set up to control the DCT following the notion of “core seed” which is made clear in the paper. Finally, other efficient ways to further control or to eliminate the DCT are discussed.
