摘要
对湖南省近期内新选育的水稻光温敏核不育材料的育性进行了比较研究。在恒温24℃条件下,有7个材料的花粉可染率和结实率均为零;有4个材料有极少量可染花粉,结实率为零。在模拟1989年盛夏低温条件下,有6个材料的花粉可染率和结实率均为零;有6个材料有极少量可染花粉,结实率为零。
The fertility of 37 photo-and/or thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS)lines inrice,including 31 indica thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(TGMS)lines,3 indica photo-and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile (PGMS) lines and 1 japonica PGMS line which were developed recently by the re-search institutes of Hunan Province,and 2 checks,i.e, Nongken 58S(japonica,PGMS)and 8902S(indica,PGMS),were studied.The results showed that under the constant temperature of 24℃, 644S,735S,1356S,8526S, 89-9177-17S, 89-9177-27S(TGMS) and Shida S-1(PGMS)expressed completely sterile(100%pollen and seed sterility), Pei’ai 64S, 8959S,APS-452S(TGMS) and 1147S-2-4(PGMS)werehighly sterile(very high pollen sterillty and 100% seed sterility), the others had both pollen fertility and selfed seeds more or less. Under the condition of the imitated low temperature change of the mid-summer of1989 at Changsha, 735S, 644S,116S, 810S,830S(TGMS) and Shida S-1(PGMS)were completely sterile,Pei’ai 64S, CIS28-10, G0339S, G08-1S, F2120S (TGMS) were highly sterile, and the others showedsome degree of fertile pollens and selfed seeds.
