摘要
"十一五"期间我国营养膳食对健康影响的主要研究内容包括:我国成年人膳食能量代谢及关键技术研究;我国重点人群铁、钙需要和膳食评估应用研究;我国儿童维生素A需要量及膳食评估新技术研究;贫困农村地区儿童营养缺乏改善适宜技术的研究;以膳食营养为主的儿童肥胖综合防控技术的研究;食物中主要植物化学物含量、人群摄入量及健康效应的研究;我国妇女产褥期膳食营养干预的研究。从营养膳食对健康影响研究查新课题的实例分析与评价可以看出国内外的研究动态和发展。
As a national key project of scientific and technical supporting programs during the 11th Five -year Plan, the main research contents of ＂the influence of dietary nutrition on health＂ are as follows： study on adults dietary energy metabolism and key technologies in China; applied research on the demand of iron and calcium and the dietary estimation of focus groups in China; study on the vitamin A demand and the new evaluating techniques on dietary of Chinese children; study on the appropriate improvement measures for the nutrition deficiency of children in poor rural areas ; nutrition dominated intervention on obesity in children and adolescents in urban areas; study on the content, intake and health effects of major plant chemicals in the food; study on dietary nutrition intervention of women during the puerperium in China. We can learn the study trends and development in domestic and abroad by analyzing and evaluating these sci-tech novelty retrieval cases.
