Research on Preparation and Mechanism of Inorganic Gel of Saponite

摘要 用XRD、TEM、DTA/TG、FTIR等技术对新疆蒙皂石矿样进行了矿物学分析,该蒙皂石矿为典型的三八面体含钠、镁离子皂石矿物。研究了蒙皂石无机凝胶的制备技术及形成机理。讨论了皂石无机凝胶产品质量指标和影响因素。为蒙皂石资源的高效开发利用提供技术支持。 The ore samples of Xingjiang saponite were mineralogy analysed by X-ray Diffraction(XRD), Transmission Electron Micrcoscopy(TEM), Differential Thermal Analysis/Thermogravimetric Analysis(DTA/TG) and Fourier Transform Inflared Spectrum (FTIR). This Saponite mineral was confirmed as typical tfioctahedral saponite which contains Na^+ and Mg^2+ . The preparation technique and formation mechanism of the saponite inorganic gel has been investigated. The quality index of the saponite inorganic gel and its influencing factors were discussed. It will be provided the necessary technical support for the efficient exploitation and utilization of saponite mineral resource.
