摘要
用硫酸铝铵和碳酸氢铵为原料,通过三种不同湿化工艺,制得了比表面积最高达18m^2/g的α-Al_2O_3粉体。其中倾入法较优,粉末团聚现象较弱,能简化操作,适合工业化生产。
In this study,the high purity α-Al_2O_3 powder with the largest specific surface area 18
m^2/g was prepared by wet chemical method in three routes with ammonium hydrogen car-
bonate and ammonium aluminium sulfacte as raw materials.It was found that the agglomen-
tion of α-Al_2O_3 powder prepared by pouring ammonium hydrogen carbonate solution into ammonium aluminium sulfate is weaker.Also this route can simplify processes and is suitable
to industry production.
