摘要
研究了钙基利用膨润土生产无机凝胶工艺中超细钠基膨润土的制备工艺条件,以高速分散机作为分散设备,以0.4%焦磷酸钠作为分散剂,钠化搅拌45分钟制得超细钠基膨润土的平均粒度为1.573μm,CEC为115mmol/100g土,膨胀容39.5ml/g。
This paper studies the technological conditions of the Ultra-fine Na-Bentonite in the process of synthesizing inorganic gel from Ca-bentonite. By using high-speed dispersing machine, 0.4% (W/W) Sodium Pyrophosphate as dispersant, the Ultra-fine Na-Bentonite with the mean particle size of 1.573μm, CEC 115 mmol/100g and swelling cubage 39.5 ml/g is obtained after milling time of 45min.
