摘要
以新铁炮百合为研究对象,研究了新铁炮百合在低温胁迫条件下主要生理指标的变化、光合特性以及低温条件下新铁炮百合生理特性和光合作用的恢复调节,通过数据分析了低温胁迫条件对新铁炮百合叶片内叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、活性氧(ROS)含量、光合特性的影响。
Taking the Lilium formolongi as the research object, this paper studies the changes of the main physiological indexes and photosynthetic characters of Lilium Formolongi under the low temperature, as well as the physiological properties of the Lilium Formolongi and the revivification and adjustment of the photosynthesis under low temperature, and analyzes the influences of low temperature stress on the chlorophyll content, peroxidases (POD)activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, reactive oxygenspecies (ROS) content, photosynthesis characteristic of the leaves of Lilium Formolongi with the data.
