D.S和琼脂糖电泳纯化HDL对体外血凝与纤溶系统的作用

摘要 本文报道用硫酸葡聚糖(D.S)分离和琼脂糖电泳纯化高密度脂蛋白(HDL),鉴定为聚丙烯酰胺电泳及免疫电泳纯。并观察了HDL对体外血凝与纤溶系统的作用,HDL0.8~1.6毫克范围对体外血凝系统有延缓凝血酶反应时间的作用,对纤溶系统活性有增强作用。HDL的这一生理功能同样有利于防治动脉粥样硬化。琼脂糖电泳纯化的HDL方法简便易行,适用于研究脂蛋白生理功能。 Previously we have observed the HDL isolated by dextran sulfate (DS) may have a function which can delay the time of thrombin reaction and enhance the fibrinolytic activity. In order to exclude the possibility of artifacts, HDL was purified by DS and agarose gel electrophoresis and the effect of HDL on coagulatic and fibrinolytic system had been observed,In vitro,HDL in 0.8-1.6 mg range may delay the thrombin reaction time and enhance the fibrinolytic activity. Such a function of HDL has just the same advantage for antiathero-sclerosis. The HDL purfied by SD and preparative agarose gel eletrophoresis was pure in immunoelectrophoresis and PAGE. The purification method of HDL was easily carried out and suitable for study the function of lipoproteins.
