摘要
[目的]观察中西医结合治疗肺癌恶性胸水的临床疗效。[方法]采用胸腔内置管将胸水放净后,对照组腔内注入顺铂及乌体林斯注射液,治疗组加用葶苈大枣泻肺汤合苓桂术甘汤加减口服。[结果]治疗组缓解率84.21%、对照组缓解率47.37%,P<0.05;KPS评分与治疗前比较治疗组升高率78.95%、对照组升高率36.84%,P<0.05;治疗组毒副反应阳性率15.79%、对照组毒副反应阳性率52.63%,P<0.05。[结论]中西医结合治疗肺癌恶性胸水能有效控制胸腔积液的增长速度,较好地提高患者的生存质量、减轻患者痛苦,同时能在一定程度上减轻化疗药物对机体的毒副作用。
