摘要
目的探讨CIK细胞治疗肺癌并发恶性胸水的护理体会。方法抽取21例患者外周血,经培养后回输给患者,并做好患者的心理护理、采血护理、回输护理及不良反应的护理。结果 12例患者出现发热反应,占57%;1例出现胃肠道不适反应,占8%。患者均顺利完成治疗,生活质量有不同程度提高,有效率(CR+PR)为71.40%。结论 CIK细胞治疗对肺癌并发胸水患者安全有效,能提高患者的生活质量。体质较差的患者可考虑以同血型的健康人作为供血源,从而得到较满意的细胞培养结果。
Objective To investigate the cytokine-induced killer（CIK） cell therapy for lung cancer companying by malignant pleural effusion. Methods The peripheral blood drawn from 21 patients was transfused to them after cultivation. Psychological nursing of patients, blood -drawing nursing, transfusion nursing and adverse reactions were observed in the research. Results There were 12 feverish patients with proportion of 57 % and I gastrointestinal discomfort patient with proportion of 8 %. Patients all successfully completed the treatment and the quality of life of patients was improved with the overall efficiency of 71.40%. Conclusion CIK cell therapy is sae and effective in patients with lung cancer and malignant pleural effusion. It can improve the quality of life of patients. Satisfactory results of cell cultivation in patients with poor physical health could be obtained through blood supply of the same blood type.
