摘要
目的探讨ASC与Caspase-1在结肠癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化LSAB法对30例术前无放化疗的结肠癌标本及其相应的癌旁组织进行ASC、Caspase-1检测,并结合各指标进行分析。结果癌旁组织及肿瘤组织中ASC阳性率分别为60.00%(18/30)和13.33%(4/30),组间阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Caspase-1阳性率分别为60.00%(18/30)和30.00%(9/30),组间阳性表达率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。ASC与Caspase-1两指标在肿瘤组织中的表达呈负相关,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),在癌旁组织中表达高度正相关(P<0.01)。结论结肠癌中有ASC、Caspase-1的低表达,且显著低于癌旁组织,提示ASC、Caspase-1在结肠癌的凋亡、发生及发展过程中有重要作用。
Objective To explore the clinical significance and expression of ASC and Caspase- 1 in colon carcinoma. Methods The immunohistochemical LSAB method was used to conduct ASC and Caspase- 1 determination for 30 specimens of colon carcinoma without chemoradiotherapy before operation and other related paraneoplastic tissues. Results The positive rates of ASC in the paraneoplastic tissues and the tumorous tissues were 60.00% (18/30)and 13.33% (4/30), respectively. There was a significant difference between the groups (P〈 0.01). The positive rates of Caspase- 1 in the paraneoplastic tissues and the tumorous tissues were 60.00 % (18/30)and 30.00 % (9/30), respectively. There was a significant difference between the groups(P〈 0.05). The expression of ASC correlated negatively with the expression of Caspase- 1 in the tumorous tissues(P〉0.05), but there were positive correlations between the expression of ASC and Caspase- 1 in the paraneoplastic tissues( P〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Low expression of ASC and Caspase-1 is found in colon carcinoma, and the expression of them is significantly lower than that in the paraneoplastic tissues. The results suggest that ASC and Caspase - 1 play the important roles in the apoptosis, incidence and development of colon carcinoma.
