“全合一”静脉营养液与胶体溶液配伍的稳定性研究 被引量:24

摘要 目的评价"全合一"静脉营养液(AIO)与白蛋白、羟乙基淀粉2种胶体溶液的配伍稳定性。方法在固定配比的AIO中按比例分别加入临床应用浓度的白蛋白和羟乙基淀粉作为试验溶液,以单纯AIO为对照,3组溶液在室温(25℃)储存24 h,考察其外观、渗透压、pH值及脂肪乳粒的粒径大小和分布的变化。结果24 h后3组溶液均无乳剂分层或凝集现象,pH值变化在0.05之内。与单纯AIO相比,加入胶体的混合液中脂肪乳粒粒径和分布均无显著改变,渗透压也在输液安全范围内。结论在室温下24 h内,固定配比的"全合一"静脉营养液与一定量白蛋白或羟乙基淀粉溶液混合配伍是稳定的,符合静脉用注射乳状液的质量要求。 Objective To assess the stability of all-in-one (AIO) nutrient solution mixed with colloid solution such as albumin and hydroxyethyl starch. Methods AIO of certain components were mixed respectively with albumin and hydroxyethyl starch solution at a clinical applicable concentration and the two mixtures were compared with simple AIO. Each solution was stored at room temperature (25 ℃) for 24 hours to observe the different appearance, osmotic pressure, pH measurement, and particle-size/distribution. Results There was no emulsion creaming and the changes of pH were less than 0. 05. With proper osmotic pressure for safe infusion, the particle in the two mixtures were not significantly affected as compared with simple AIO. Conclusion AIO of certain components mixed proportionally with albumin or hydroxyethyI starch solutions is stable and meets all requirements for safe intravenous infusion.
