肠外营养支持临床应用概述 被引量：9

摘要 肠外营养（PN）疗法是从静脉内供给患者营养物质，作为手术前后及危重患者的营养支持，可为患者提供必要的营养物质以维持机体所需，有利于继续治疗。自20世纪60年代肠外营养疗法被提出以来，肠外营养支持已在临床上得到广泛的应用。但是在肠外营养的作用越来越重要时，也应该注意到其在应用过程中所存在的问题，如高渗状态、代谢紊乱、栓塞、静脉炎等。本文针对肠外营养支持在临床应用中存在的问题，探讨肠外营养支持过程中的护理方法，现综述如下。
