摘要
科技成果管理是整个科技管理活动的重要组成部分，本文从我国科技成果管理的现状着手，分析我国科技成果管理的地位与作用、主要工作内容以及取得的成绩。通过分析现阶段成果管理存在的问题，提出新时期成果管理工作发展对策。
The management of the entire science and technology management is an important component part of scientific and technological achievements management in China.This paper starts with the status quo of management to analyse the status and role, the main content and the results achieved of the scientific and technological achievements management. By analyzing the existing problems of management at this stage, this paper proposes the development of measures of results-based management in new era.
