摘要
为实现科研成果的高效管理,以德鲁克目标管理为理论依据,结合省级科研单位直属科研机构的微观实际,对科技成果的管理过程进行阶段划分,探讨各阶段成果管理的目标与任务,以及在MOT框架下的成果管理队伍建设。
In order to achieve effective management of scientific research results,based on Drucker’s Manage-ment by objectives,in combination with the work content of provincial scientific research institutions,the man-agement process of scientific research achievement was divided,the management tasks and objectives of each stage were explored,the construction of management team under MOT framework was discussed.
