摘要
科技成果管理是整个科技管理活动的重要组成部分,文章介绍了科技成果管理的内容,结合衡阳华菱钢管有限公司近年来在科技成果管理方面的工作实践,从科技管理体制、方式、手段等方面入手,并从管理观念、管理模式、成果转化、管理队伍建设等方面对如何进一步做好科技成果管理工作提出相关建议。
Science and technology achievements management is an important component of the science and technology management activities.This paper introduced the content of the management,combining with the scientific and technological achievements management practices of Hengyang Valin Steel company in recent years, discussed the science and technology management system, method, approaches and so on briefly, For further improving management of scientific and technological achievements, it also presented some suggestions to the management concept,management mode,the commercialization of research findings,managemenl team＇s construction and so on.
