摘要
加强就业工作中的思想政治教育有利于帮助大学生解决就业过程中面临的困难,缓解就业压力。文章从当前大学生就业过程中存在的问题分析入手,探讨大学生就业工作中思想政治教育存在的不足,提出在大学生就业工作中加强思想政治教育的具体对策。
It contributes a lot to strengthen the ideological and political education among college students in coping with difficulties and pressures from job market.This article begins with the analysis of existing confusions and problems facing the college graduates going after a satisfactory job and then it probes into the insufficient ideological and political education in college graduate employment.In conclusion,the article comes up with feasible countermeasures.
