摘要
目的：提高手术撕脱治疗三叉神经痛的效果，减少术后复发。方法：采用经上领窦颅底圆孔外口上领神经切断术治疗三叉神经痛。结果：经上领窦在颅底圆孔外口处高位切断上领神经。经13例术后10～42个月的随访，无效1例，余12例未见复发。结论：该治疗方法手术径路新，创伤小，视野清楚，术后恢复快，治疗效果好。
Objective：In order to improve the therapeutic results of trigeminal neuralgia and toreduee postoperational morbility. Methods： Maxillary nerve section through maxillary sinus at formen rotundum of enternal aspect of the base of the skull is a relatively newprocedure. Results： 13cases were followed up. The followed up period ranged from 10 to 42 months It appears to have the potential to become a sound treatment for intractable trigeminalnevralgia. 1 patient had no effect. 12 patients had no recurrence. Conclusions：The method showed that it is an effective new pathway, the visual field clear, recovered quickly, slight injured.
