摘要
三叉神经痛（Ⅱ）临床上常见，且撕脱术后复发率较高。为减少术后复发率，作者在21具成人头颅解剖研究的基础上，对19例下颌神经进行了口内征路的三叉神经高位切断术。该方法简便安全，效果好。文章强调了颊神经的处理与否与术后复发率有较密切关系。
Trigeminal neuralgia is a common disease in clinical practice. The recurrencerate after avulsion is relatively high. In oder to reduce the recurrence rate,the author developed a new method and operated on 19 cases with intraoral high level trigeminal neurotomybased on 21 cases of adult human skull anatomy. The method is simply,in safely and good condition. The author emphasised that the proper management of the buccal branch during operation may have a close relation with the Post-operative recurrence rate
