摘要
利用连续切片的计算机三维重建技术,重建了后壶腹神经及其重要毗邻结构,取得了逼真的三维图像及大量解剖参数,据此对圆窗区结构的立体分布进行了分析,并在计算机上实现了后壶腹神经切断术的三维手术图像模拟,提出了以圆窗膜底缘中点为参照点寻找后壶腹神经的数学方法。
The technique of computer aided 3 D reconstruction from serial sections was used to reconstruct the posterior ampullary nerves and their important neighbouring structures in 4 cases. The lifelike 3 D images of these structures and many 3 D anatomic parameters were obtained. With these results,the 3 D shapes of the structures around round window area and their relationships can be analysed and viewed from different angles.The 3 D surgical simulation of the posterior ampullary nerve transection can also be displayed in the computer. One mathematic method is proposed that the mid point of inferior margin of the round window's membrane can be taken as a reference point to find the posterior ampullary nerve.
