摘要
研究建立了从胎猪脏器中检测猪细小病毒（ＰＰＶ）抗原的ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗体夹心法。试验方法的最佳工作条件为，抗体浓度１：４００，酶标抗体浓度１：５０。５４份胎猪样品阳性检出率为５９．３％，不同脏器的阳性检出率分别为，心３６．４％、肝脏７２．７％、脾脏５０％、肺脏６６．７％、肾脏６６．７％。
A sandwich ELISA for detection of Porcine Parvovirus(PPV) wasdeveloped and applied to detect PPV antigen in fetal tissues.Thepositive rates of PPV measuredin 54 samples naturally infected for themethods of ELISA and HAT were 59.3% and 31.5% respectively. Thepositive rates of PPV detected in different tissues of heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney were 36.4%、72.7%、50%、66.7% and 66.7% respectively. This stud indicates that the ELISA is a rapid,sensitive,easy,specific method for detection of PPV antigen in fetal tissues.
