摘要
为了给猪病毒性繁殖障碍性疾病的鉴别诊断提供一个快速、灵敏、特异的检测手段,本试验应用ELISA、PCR、RT-PCR及细胞培养等方法对北京某猪场弱仔、流产、死胎、木乃伊胎及出生后几天死亡的小猪进行猪瘟病毒(CSFV),伪狂犬病毒(PRV),圆环病毒2型(PCV-2),细小病毒(PPV)和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)5种繁殖障碍性疾病进行检测,并应用HerdChek ELISA猪瘟抗原检测试剂盒检测猪瘟病毒。结果表明:猪瘟病毒与细小病毒为阳性,猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒、圆环病毒2型、伪狂犬病毒均为阴性。根据发病情况、临床症状、病理变化和实验室检验,结果判定该猪场发生猪瘟病毒与细小病毒混合感染的繁殖障碍性疾病,其中以猪瘟感染最为严重。
To provide a fast,sensitive and unique detection method for identification and diagnosis of porcine reproductive disturbance disease,frailed,aborted,dead,mummy,still-born and those piglets dead a few days after birth in Beijing were examined by the ELISA,PCR,RT-PCR tests and cell culture to monitor Porcine Reproductive Disturbance: classical swine fever virus(CSFV),pseudorabies virus(PRV),porcine circovirus-2(PCV-2),porcine parvovirus(PPV) and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),and then to detect CSFV Ag with IDEXX HerdChek CSFV Antigen Test Kit.The test results indicated that CSFV,PPV were positive,while PRRSV,PRV,PCV-2 were negative.According to morbidity situation,clinical symptoms,pathological change and laboratory examination,the result indicated that the swine houses were infected by CSFV and PPV,and CSFV was the most serious.
