摘要
采用索氏抽提法、干法消化法分别提取奥尼和吉富罗非鱼的肌肉脂肪酸及微量元素,采用水蒸气抽提法提取两种罗非鱼鱼鳞的挥发性组分,之后采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对脂肪酸和挥发油进行分析测定,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱对微量元素进行分析。结果表明,奥尼和吉富罗非鱼脂肪酸种类和含量差异比较明显,多不饱和脂肪酸含量均比较丰富且含有DHA和EPA。此外,这两种罗非鱼肌肉中含有鱼类生长的必需微量元素有8种,其中奥尼和吉富罗非鱼含量最高的元素分别为锌和铁。奥尼罗非鱼鱼鳞的主要挥发性组分主要有酸类、酚类、酯类化合物,吉富的主要挥发性组分有酯类、萜类、醌类以及烃类化合物。
Soxhlet extraction method, dry digestion were used to extract fatty acids and trace elements from muscles of Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus and Gift, and the extraction of steam was to extract volatile components from two tilapias' scale. Later, fatty acids and volatile oil were analyzed with GC-MS, and trace element was used with ICP-OES. The results show that there is more obvious in types and contents of fatty acids from these two tilapias, which are rich in Polyunsaturated fatty acid and contains EPA and DHA. Besides, there are eight kinds of necessary trace elements in the muscles, and the highest elements were respectively zinc and iron in Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus and Gift. The main volatile of scales from Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus are acids, phenols and ester, while esters, terpenes, Quinones and hydrocarbon are Gift's.
